Fine-Grained Address-Translation Cache Invalidation (Svinval)

The final new extension added in the v1.12 Privileged Spec is “Fine-Grained Address-Translation Cache Invalidation” (Svinval). It breaks SFENCE.VMA into three distinct instructions, allowing for its operations to be more efficiently pipelined.
